By commissioning me you agree to these terms of service, failing to follow these rules will result in a permanent blacklisting from ever commissioning me again, please make sure to read them!

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS ๑

Refunds are enabled until the sketch is done, thereafter no refund will be made.
payment method: paypal and nequi (for colombia) the payment method will be sent when communicating with me

GENERAL ๑

I can draw: Furry, humans, beasts, monsters, humanoids, aliens, feral, gore & NSFW
I dont draw: mechs, armor, weapons (very detailed) explicit fetishes, paraphilias, things with malicious intent (homophobia, racist, xenophobia, etc...)
Commissions are in order. there is no customer who has priority. Unless it's for something important. (birthday, anniversary, debut) in that case the other clients will be informed of the delay
To make the drawing, clear references are required, the more the better!
I have the right to refuse to commission even if they are open for (x) reasons.
You are not allowed to use my artwork as your own or make any profit from it without my explicit written permission (Trade and Sell). for personal use only
payments are in advance or after the sketch is ready
wips (work in progress) are optional. but normally I always send to confirm that the commission is being carried out well
sudden changes will increase the price of the commission
Private commissions have an extra cost of 20 usd (it can be left private temporarily, maximum 2 months after the drawing will be released)
There will be NO changes once the commission is over.
By hiring me, you agree to give me permission to use your art as an example in my gallery.
If you decide to ask for the "first sketch then payment" option and cancel the commission. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO USE MY SKETCH FOR ANY COMMERCIAL THING (or in other cases use my sketch with another artist to finish the drawing) . or you will be betated and sent to my blacklist. I will also proceed to make a public complaint

the author's signatures will always be present in the drawing! they cannot be removed or modified so that it is not visible (in this case you will be added to the blacklist immediately without the opportunity to reorder a drawing.) if you want to delete it you will have to pay an invoice of 15 usd
to have the commercial permission of my art it is necessary to pay a percentage % of what is sold.
any modification to my work is FORBIDDEN without my consent (any client who wants to make any modification to the project already paid for must communicate with me)

Don't resell for more than you paid unless it has more art (Only commissioned work)
Tagg me the first time it's drawn.
you can make some changes, nothing too radical.
Reply to the right comment.
Once you buy the adopt you'll receive the version without watermark.
You must be aware that asking for an excessive amount of changes/addons once I've already finished the lineart for said custom, adds an extra charge, so please keep that in mind.
You can re-post the artwork you've received to display as yours, however you are bound to always give proper credit to me.
Designs can be resold either you purchased them from me or another user.
Can be gifted.
If the design does not have extra commissioned art, it is forbidden to sell it for more than what you have paid for it.
The design must always come with the original artwork, either adoptable, custom, etc.m that the commission is being carried out well

Do not place my work in IAS or NFTS (PROHIBITED) I am not comfortable with this being doubtful on any page. If I find out that any of these actions was done, it will go directly to the blacklist
